THE VISUAL ARTS CONTEST

In the Visual Arts Competition, every participant stands alone, but never really alone, with a chosen humanitarian sub-theme and a story only they can tell. Day 1 places traditional tools in their hands, a 24×18 inch canvas, acrylics, brushes, pastels, and pencils, while Day 2 shifts to digital creation on their own devices using tools like Procreate, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva. Across both rounds, artists decide which moments to freeze: a border crossing, a silent protest, a hand reaching out instead of turning away. Stroke by stroke and pixel by pixel, they discover how an image can move someone from glancing at a problem to feeling it, and how art can make a world where people are seen and healed, not just counted.
